Event production in Las Vegas for corporate keynotes, conferences, product launches, brand activations, and live shows on the Strip, off the Strip, and at every soundstage in between.
Same crew as our LA shows. Same gear out of our LA shop, trucked out to Vegas. Same drawing-first discipline. We are an LA studio with a working relationship to every major Vegas venue, every union local, and every supplemental gear partner you might need.
Most LA companies broker Vegas shows. We run them — same crew, same gear, same rig that quoted the show.
Executive keynotes, founder presentations, conference plenaries at the Wynn, the Bellagio, the Cosmopolitan, the Aria. Broadcast-quality multi-cam, redundant audio, calibrated lighting for the room and the stream.
Keynote production · Vegas → 02 / CorporateMulti-session conferences at the Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, MGM Grand Conference Center. Main-room rig plus breakout-room coordination, one comms loop, one stage manager.
Conference production · Vegas → 03 / CorporateReveals, press events, hospitality activations at Caesars Forum, the Wynn ballrooms, and private off-Strip soundstages. Custom scenic and content integration. The reveal that has to land once.
Product launch · Vegas → 04 / BrandVegas is a brand-activation city. CES auxiliary activations, F1 race-weekend hospitality builds, EDC artist green-room moments. Our LA brand-activation discipline deployed to Vegas with the same crew.
Brand activation → 05 / LiveIndustry awards shows that book a Vegas venue for the spectacle but need touring-grade discipline. We bring the LA discipline. The trophy hand-off lands on the cue.
Awards show production → 06 / TechCES side-events, AWS reinvent auxiliary stages, fintech summit-format conferences at any of the major resort meeting rooms. Live demo pipeline tuned to sub-150ms screen capture.
Tech summit production →Most of the major Strip and Convention Center venues. Plus the off-Strip soundstages, private venues, and hospitality partners that Vegas producers actually use when they need flexibility the Strip can't offer.
The LA crew rolls trucks from our shop on Monday morning. We are loaded in at the venue by Monday night. Rehearsal day Tuesday. Show day Wednesday. Strike Wednesday night, trucks back to LA by Thursday afternoon. The cue stack is the cue stack. The crew is the crew. Nothing on the show was a field-hire pickup.
For multi-day Vegas runs (CES week, F1 race weekend, conference weeks at the Venetian), we maintain a small advance team in Vegas for the duration and rotate the production crew through the LA shop for rest days. The face you saw at the Monday rehearsal is the face you see at the Friday strike.
Vegas has its own union locals, its own venue power infrastructure, its own permitting timelines for any temporary structure that extends beyond a hotel ballroom. We have working relationships with IATSE Local 720, the Vegas-area rigging companies (Solaris Rigging, Backstage Las Vegas), and the major supplemental gear houses (Solotech Vegas, ATK Audiotek, Christie Lites) for when scale or specialty requires augmentation.
What never changes regardless of city: the line item on the quote is the line item on the invoice. Sub-rentals are disclosed with their source. The crew on the call sheet is the crew in the truck.
Email hello@anydaylive.com with the venue and the date window. We come back inside four hours with three questions and a scoped quote inside twenty-four.
