How we are structured.
AnyDay Live is owner-operated. The founder runs the company, holds primary client relationships, and is in the room on most engagements. The crew that runs the shows is a combination of staff engineers (full-time AnyDay Live team) and a deep bench of trusted touring-grade freelancers we have worked with for years.
Every engagement has a named lead engineer per discipline (audio, lighting, video, content, rigging) on the call sheet. The person you talked to about the show is the person who does the work. No introductions on load-in day.
What we publish.
Named team bios publish as the company's engagement load supports formal hiring. Until then, the working model is: the founder + a rotating set of trusted production professionals who appear on call sheets by name when they are working a specific engagement.
This is the honest version. Some LA AV companies will list a roster of "team members" on their site that are actually freelancers, dayhires, or relationships rather than employees. We will not. When a name appears here, it means the person is a permanent member of AnyDay Live with a written employment relationship.
What is here now.
Founder
The founder of AnyDay Live has been working in Los Angeles event production for years prior to forming the entity. Specifics — including the bio, headshot, and background — publish after the first three engagements close and the public-facing version of the founder's story is settled. For pre-engagement context, the relevant background is available on request via hello@anydaylive.com.
Lead engineers
Per-engagement lead engineers are named on the SOW and the call sheet for every show. When you book us, you see exactly who is in the room on your specific show, by name and role.
Hiring
We are not actively recruiting as of May 2026. When we are, the roles will publish here with specific job descriptions and a clear application process. Touring engineers and production professionals in the LA market who want to be considered for future roles can email hello@anydaylive.com with "Future hiring" in the subject line.
What you can expect.
Direct access to a real person — the founder — for any pre-engagement conversation. Once engaged, the named lead engineer per discipline becomes your point of contact for that discipline. No vendor-management layers, no account-executive handoffs, no "I'll have my colleague get back to you."
