What we collect.
When you email hello@anydaylive.com or fill out a contact form, we collect what you send: name, email address, phone number if you include it, the event details you describe, and any context you share. We do not collect anything you do not actively provide.
Our website uses minimal cookies. Specifically:
- Cloudflare for caching and security (anonymous IP-level)
- Netlify Analytics for traffic counts (aggregate, no individual user tracking)
- No advertising trackers. No Facebook pixels. No Google Analytics. No third-party retargeting.
How we use it.
The information you send us is used to scope your event, send you a quote, manage the engagement, and bill it. We do not sell, rent, or share contact information with marketing partners. Period.
If we use a third-party processor to deliver our service (Vapi for phone, Gmail / Google Workspace for email, Netlify for hosting, Stripe for invoicing), the data shared with them is the minimum necessary to deliver that specific service. Each of those processors has their own privacy policies that govern the data while it is with them.
How long we keep it.
Email correspondence: kept for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and contract purposes, then deleted.
Contact form submissions: kept for 12 months, then deleted unless an engagement has begun.
Event archive files (multi-cam record, transcript, etc): kept for the duration agreed in the engagement contract. Typically 30-90 days post-event, then deleted unless you have requested longer retention.
Your rights.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we have collected about you, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Email hello@anydaylive.com with subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are an EU resident under GDPR, you have the same rights plus the right to data portability and to object to processing. Same email address, same response window.
Children.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes.
If we update this policy, we will note the change at the top with a "last updated" date. Material changes (new categories of data, new third-party processors) will be notified to existing engagement clients via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
