One purchase order
Audio, lighting, LED, staging, rigging, content, labor — priced as a single line-item scope. No sub-invoices chasing you three weeks after strike.
- Single line-item PO
- Change orders, not surprises
The #1 PM headache is the sub-chain — three vendors, four invoices, and a line item nobody can explain. AnyDay collapses it into one scope, one install crew, one reconciliation.
We built our delivery model around the three things every production manager actually needs from an AV partner — not the three things every vendor puts on a slide.
Audio, lighting, LED, staging, rigging, content, labor — priced as a single line-item scope. No sub-invoices chasing you three weeks after strike.
A technical producer assigned to your show — on email, on Slack, on the call sheet. Not an AE bouncing you between departments.
The same team load-in, tech, show and load-out. No rotating day crew. No stranger at FOH twenty minutes before doors.
We adapt to your PM toolchain, not the other way around. Drawings land in your shared drive, updates land in your sheet, COIs land in your inbox. You run the show; we run the AV.
Vectorworks plots, rigging diagrams, load calcs delivered by end-of-day Thursday for weekend shows — or your preferred cadence.
We log to your tool. No "please add to our portal." Gear lists, crew lists, gantts mirrored wherever your show tracks.
CAT-2 general liability, auto, workers' comp on file. Additional insured language matched to the venue sample. COI packet + W-9 on request.
Union call times, meal penalties, turnaround and OT built into every quote. We staff from the LA local bench and document every hour.
Standard on approved corporate and agency accounts. Deposit tiered by scope, final invoice reconciled against actuals within 48hrs of strike.
Dropbox / Drive / Box — we drop CAD, cue sheets, rigger sign-offs directly into the folder you already have. No second portal to log into.
Every working PM has lived through these. Here's how we handle them — straight from our standard operating docs.
One call. We reroute in real time from our internal bench — FOH, MON, LD, rigger, video tech. Because every AnyDay lead has run the same rooms for years, the second-call person already knows the plot. You won't see a "day-of stranger" at FOH.
We pre-build contingency. Every CAD we deliver includes a B-venue scale option with a second rigging scheme. Swap day-of means we re-draw in hours, not days, and the gear list is already trimmed to the lowest common denominator.
Our FOH kits always ship with 20% headroom on channel count, wireless slots, IEM packs. Late adds on show day are a paperwork change, not a gear scramble. We absorb the first two; anything past that is a documented change order.
We don't. Period. When a venue or production is actively struck, we stand down with you, document it, and rebuild the schedule. Our standard MSA has a labor-action clause so this conversation happens before the show, not during.
Transparent change-order pricing from day one. Every quote line item is priced individually so you can remove a truss, a subwoofer wing, or a fourth camera without the whole scope unraveling. No "package-only" pricing, ever.
Original DTLA loft pulled permits mid-week. We re-drew to the Goya Studios B-plot in 90 minutes, re-quoted trucking, re-issued COI with new additional-insured language the same night. Show opened on time Saturday.
Hollywood theater residency, six-night run. Same FOH, same LD, same rigger each night. One PO, one post-show reconciliation, Net-45 on terms. PM moved on to the next tour without a single AV phone call during strike.
Beverly Hills estate required specific waiver-of-subrogation language 18 hours before load-in. Our broker re-cut the COI the same evening. Venue cleared us at 9:14am next morning; trucks rolled at 9:30.
COI, W-9, capabilities PDF, gear list, standard MSA — everything your AP and legal teams need. Request the full packet and we'll send it within the hour.
