Broadcast switcherSome shows need gear we don't own — a specialty LED pitch, a touring rig at headliner scale, a niche camera body for a specific shoot. When that happens, the sub-rental is disclosed line-item on the quote with the sub-rental source and no silent markup. Common partners we sub-rent from in LA include Solotech, ATK Audiotek, PRG, VER (now Cinelease), and Quest Systems Group.
What we never do: pretend we own gear we sub-rent. Pretend we have inventory we don't. Markup a sub-rental silently. The line item is the line item.
