Signage that reads.

LED video walls, Samsung and LG LCD video walls, interactive touchscreen kiosks. Wayfinding, sponsor activation, branded screens, lead-capture experiences. Content management, on-site tech, full installation crew. 24-hour response.

What we offer

Four signage formats, one content tech.

LED walls for outdoor and large-format brand screens, LCD video walls for indoor wayfinding and corporate atriums, single-screen branded displays for sponsor zones, and interactive touchscreen kiosks for check-in and lead capture. Every install ships with content load and on-site content tech.

LED Video Walls

Fine-pitch P2.6 and P3.9 indoor, P4.8 to P6.9 outdoor. Scales to any size, bezel-less, daylight-readable. The choice for sponsor activation walls, brand video screens, and any signage over 75 inches. See our full LED wall page.

LCD Video Walls

Samsung Q-Series and LG VL5J tiled into 2x2, 3x3, and 4x4 video wall configurations. 1mm to 3mm bezel seams. The cleanest indoor wayfinding cluster, corporate atrium display, or budget-tier branded screen under 100 inches.

Interactive Kiosks

32" to 75" capacitive multi-touch kiosks with HTML5 and native-app runtimes. Event check-in with badge printing, branded interactive experiences, sponsor lead capture with CRM integration, gamified product activations.

Single-Screen Displays

55", 75", 86", and 98" Samsung and LG single-screen displays on freestanding floor mounts or wall brackets. The simple sponsor screen, branded video loop, or session-room signage. Multiple units share a content management feed.

Brand Catalog & Use Cases

Screens, content runtime, and what they do.

Digital signage is a screen plus a content layer plus a use case. Here's how each lands.

── 01

Samsung Q-Series & LG VL5J

Samsung VH-Series and LG VL5J are the workhorse LCD video wall panels — 55" 1.7mm-bezel professional displays with daisy-chained signal, edge-blend processors, and brand-approved color calibration. We tile 2x2 up to 4x4 for video wall builds. Both lines support 24/7 duty cycles, which matters for multi-day events.

── 02

BrightSign & cloud CMS

BrightSign players (XT5, XD5) handle simple schedule-based content playback — branded loops, sponsor cycles, wayfinding maps. For multi-screen networks needing live content updates, our cloud-based CMS (or partner platforms like ScreenCloud or Skykit) lets the brand team push updates from anywhere during the event. On-site content tech handles emergency swaps.

── 03

Wayfinding & sponsor activation

Wayfinding screens at venue entries and breakout-room corridors show floor plans, session schedules, and live updates. Sponsor screens cycle brand creative across the event window. We integrate with event platforms (Bizzabo, Cvent, Splash) to pull live agenda data into the screens, so when a session moves rooms, the signage updates without a content tech reload.

── 04

Interactive kiosks & lead capture

Touchscreen kiosks at check-in print badges via Brother QL-820NWB and Zebra ZD420 printers. Branded interactive experiences run HTML5 content built by the brand team or by us. Lead capture integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and the major event-platform CRMs — every kiosk interaction lands as a tagged contact record in the sponsor's system.

── How we scope it

Every signage build is engineered to its use case.

We don't publish a rate card because two signage networks with the same screen count rarely cost the same. What drives the number: screen tech (LED vs. LCD vs. kiosk), screen count and viewing distance, content management platform tier, custom content build hours, CRM integration scope, installation complexity (freestanding vs. wall-mount vs. flown), on-site content tech hours, and how much load-in lives inside our 24-hour window. Tell us what you're building and we'll come back with a number engineered to it.

Want a directional view before you brief us? Compare with our LED wall page — for large-format screens, LED usually wins on scale and outdoor readability.

Where We Deploy

Digital signage across greater Los Angeles.

Our LA dispatch covers every working venue from the harbor up through Pasadena.

Markets We Cover

Same screens, different content briefs.

Conference wayfinding, brand activation lead capture, gala sponsor screens, and film premiere venue signage all use the same hardware with different content packages.

Why AnyDay Live

Three reasons brands book us back.

── 01

Content management included

Every screen ships with a CMS — BrightSign for simple loops, cloud CMS for live updates. Content tech handles real-time changes during the event. Full service list.

── 02

CRM integration on every kiosk

Interactive kiosk leads land as tagged contact records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or the sponsor's CRM. Lead capture isn't a CSV at the end of the night. How we work.

FAQ

Six questions we answer every week.

Q1How do you scope digital signage for an event?

We start with the use case — wayfinding, sponsor screens, branded video walls, interactive kiosks — plus how many screens, where they live, what content they display, and how the content gets updated during the event. From there we map screen tech (LED for outdoor or large format, LCD for indoor mid-sized, touchscreen kiosks for interactive), content management platform (BrightSign, Atomos, or our cloud CMS), and the on-site tech who maintains content during the event.

Q2LED walls vs LCD video walls — which do I need?

LED walls are bezel-less, scale to any size, daylight-readable, and handle outdoor environments — the choice for large-format brand screens, sponsor activation walls, and any signage over 75 inches. LCD video walls (Samsung Q-Series or LG VL5J) tile multiple panels into a single canvas with visible bezels (1-3mm seams) — the choice for indoor wayfinding clusters, corporate atrium displays, and budget-tier branded screens under 100 inches. We pick by content scale, viewing distance, and budget. See our LED wall page for the full LED build-out.

Q3Do you provide content management?

Yes. Every digital signage rental ships with a content management platform — BrightSign players for simple schedule-based playback, or our cloud-based CMS for multi-screen networks with real-time content updates. We can deploy pre-built content from the brand team or build content from a brief. On-site content tech handles live updates, sponsor cycle scheduling, and emergency content swaps during the event.

Q4What interactive kiosk options do you stock?

Touch-screen kiosks in 32", 43", 55", and 75" sizes — capacitive multi-touch surfaces with HTML5 and native-app content runtimes. Use cases: event check-in with badge printing, branded interactive experiences, sponsor lead capture, gamified product activations, wayfinding with floor plans. We integrate with check-in systems (Bizzabo, Cvent, Splash) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead capture.

Q5How do digital signage screens get installed?

LCD video walls install on freestanding floor mounts, wall-mounted to venue surfaces (with venue approval), or ceiling-flown on truss. LED video walls install on ground-stack support frames or flown on truss with certified rigging. Interactive kiosks deploy on weighted-base stands for indoor work or pole-mounted stands for outdoor. Every install includes content load, screen calibration, and a 90-minute tech-check window before doors.

Q6How fast can you turn around a quote?

Same business day for any LA-area event with a known venue, screen count, and use case. You'll have a real bid back the same day. Complex multi-screen networks with custom content development and CRM integration may need an extra 24 hours for the final scope, but a budget range lands same-day.
