Shows fail at the seams. We own every seam — one PM from first call through truck-pull at 3 a.m.

01 / Pre-production

Advance, design, pre-viz

Rider parsed, CAD stage plot, rigging plot, Capture pre-viz — signed off before a truck rolls.

02 / Load-in

Rigging, PA, lights, video

Motors up, then truss, PA, lighting, LED. Soundcheck protected on the schedule.

03 / Show

FOH, MON, LD, caller on comms

Show caller on headset, lighting busked live — we read the room.

04 / Strike

Out clean, no damage

Venue-agreed window. Recap stills and multitrack to management before coffee.

How much does concert production cost in LA?

Every show is engineered to its room. Club, theater, amphitheater, arena, and festival mainstage scopes each draw on different inventory and crew. Send the rider and we engineer the quote to it.

Do you tour out of Los Angeles?

Yes. Same engineers from LA to the last date. We advance, route trucks, book travel — one contract.

Can you match an artist rider?

Default. Line-itemed against our inventory; rare irreplaceable items are cross-rented and folded into one invoice.

Which LA venues do you load into?

Roxy, Troubadour, Novo, Wiltern, Orpheum, Belasco, Greek, Bowl, The Ford, Crypto.com, Kia Forum, Peacock — plus Grand Park, Expo, Rose Bowl lots.
