Questions: Weather contingency window? Pre-staged tarp recommendations?

→ Three-stage scope with L-Acoustics K2 mains per stage. Festival ops lead. Pre-staged tarp recommendation. Weather hold protocol attached.

Investor day

A pre-IPO analyst day

→ Investor-day scope with archive deliverable inside 24 hours, IR counsel review window before public replay, Sony Venice 2 multi-cam.

What we don't need on a first brief.

Most LA AV companies want a detailed RFP before they will quote. We do not. The reason: the brief is a starting line, not a procurement document. A scoped quote is what tells you whether we are the right fit, and an exhaustive RFP up front is a waste of your team's time.

If you have an RFP, send it. We will read it. But it is not required.

What we will ask back.

If we cannot scope from the brief, we will not pretend. We will tell you what we would need to make it a real quote — and ask for it in plain language.

Send the brief.

Six lines. Twenty-four hours. A real quote — not a starting-at, not a tier card, not a discovery-call invitation.
