Most LA AV companies want a detailed RFP before they will quote. We do not. The reason: the brief is a starting line, not a procurement document. A scoped quote is what tells you whether we are the right fit, and an exhaustive RFP up front is a waste of your team's time.
If you have an RFP, send it. We will read it. But it is not required.
If we cannot scope from the brief, we will not pretend. We will tell you what we would need to make it a real quote — and ask for it in plain language.
Six lines. Twenty-four hours. A real quote — not a starting-at, not a tier card, not a discovery-call invitation.
