01 / Audio & PA Design

Stage-tuned line arrays.

L-Acoustics K1/K2 or d&b GSL/KSL line arrays per stage, modeled to the actual lot in Soundvision or ArrayCalc before truck load-out. Crossover-point alignment between adjacent stages so the audience in the overlap zone gets a clean mix from both. Subwoofer arrays cardioid-pointed away from neighbors who care about sound bleed.

So the band sounds like itself. And the neighbors do not file a complaint.

02 / Weather-Resistant Rigging

Wind. Rain. Crowd load.

ETCP-certified riggers on every stage. Stages built to 45 mph sustained wind tolerance with a graceful shut-down protocol above that. Roof and tower hardware specced to engineering drawings, not field guesses. Drainage paths planned for the rain that always arrives on day two.

So a weather call is a decision, not a panic.

Stage-sized LED at every main and side stage, with a dedicated content operator per stage running a Resolume, TouchDesigner, or Hippotizer rig. Pre-show creative integration with the artist's touring content team or our in-house design crew if there is no touring content.

A weather coordinator on the comms loop with the real-time NOAA feed and the authority to call a hold. Drainage paths planned into the build. Pre-staged tarps for rain. We rehearse the hold protocol with the entire festival team during advance — when it is called, everyone knows what they do without asking.

Do you provide content for the LED walls, or does each artist bring their own?

Both, depending on the artist. Touring acts almost always bring their own content team — our LED runs their composition, our content engineer is a copilot. Local or smaller acts get either house content from our design crew (custom-built to the brief) or a generative system on Resolume / TouchDesigner that responds to the audio. Every stage gets a dedicated operator either way.

Can you handle a festival ground-up, including stages, power, and barricade?

We bring the AV, lighting, video, content, and rigging in-house. Stages, power distribution beyond the immediate AV rack, and crowd barricade are typically scoped with partner vendors we have worked with on every LA festival venue we touch — Live Nation Backline, Quest, Felix Lighting, Rock-It Cargo for trucking. Same line-item transparency on the quote as the AV.
